Ingredients:
- 80g plain flour
- 125g butter
- 50g caster sugar
Method:
- Rub the butter and flour in a bowl until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Mix in the sugar
- Mould the dough into a compact ball.
- Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes
- Pre-heat oven to 180 C
- Dust a surface will icing sugar and roll out the dough.
- Cut into fingers and place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 10 mins and check and turn, bake for another 5 min or until biscuits are golden brown in colour.
- Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
