Ingredients:

  • 500g icing sugar
  • 250g butter
  • Tsp Vanilla essence

Method:

  • In a bowl beat the butter to add air, the more you air you add the whiter it gets.
  • Mix in your icing sugar until smooth. Finally flavour with your vanilla essence.

You can alter the flavour of the recipe to suit different recipes e.g. you could flavour it chocolate using some cocoa powder.
